This Kombucha float recipe is for 1 gallon of Kombucha and can make up to 19servings. If you havefewer or more ingredients required in this recipe, adjust the amount of theingredients accordingly. If you are drinking it by yourself, we suggest making1 to 2 servings a day only. Despite having relatively low sugar than sodafloats, Kombucha float still contains sugar and fat from the ice cream. Becauseof this, we also suggest drinking Kombucha float only once or twice a week.
Pour Kombucha into the glassPour 1 cup of Kombucha into a tall glass.
Add your ice creamAdd 1 scoop (approximately 2.5 oz.) of ice cream to theglass.
Serve and enjoy Serve your Kombucha float while still cold and fizzy for thebest taste. Letting your Kombucha float sit at room temperature for too longcan cause it to lose its fizziness and eventually taste flat.
